Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexible)

A role you will love

As a Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives in a global environment, applying your expertise to deliver projects that stay on track, within scope, and on budget. You'll be the driving force behind strategic execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and clear communication across teams.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, update, and execute Project Management and Implementation Plans, Project Charters, and Communication Plans


  • Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings to ensure alignment and progress


  • Identify and manage resourcing requirements across business functions


  • Conduct risk assessments, develop response strategies, and perform impact analyses


  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to meet objectives


  • Monitor, track, and report on project status, milestones, and deliverables


  • Ensure project execution adheres to budget, timeline, and scope


  • Prepare bi-weekly project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key trends

What will you bring to the role?

You're a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who thrives in dynamic environments. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust with stakeholders will be key to driving successful project outcomes.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or relevant experience and training


  • 2+ years of direct experience leading or managing projects


  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills for guiding project teams and mentoring staff


  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical reasoning to define issues and drive solutions


  • Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools


  • Familiarity with PMI methodology, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and BABoK analysis techniques


  • Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and managing change initiatives


  • Clear and confident communication with all levels of the organization, including executives
