A role you will love
As our Professional- Global Transaction Unit, you would be responsible for DI processing, DVP settlement via DTCC, IPO setup, custody processing, and daily reconciliation. With exposure to both local and global markets, you'll build a strong foundation in SCRIP processing, registry operations, and capital market infrastructure-all while collaborating across regions to drive exceptional service outcomes,
and remediation of issues and making sound risk decisions.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain account positions reconciliation and movement logs.
- Monitor and process physical global transaction deliveries.
- Correspond with both internal and external customers in response to queries received, providing accurate written or verbal guidance and interpretation in order to maintain high quality customer service standards.
- Assist Global Transactions Supervisor with custody holdings including, but not limited to, dividend suppression and proxy voting.
- Assist Global Transactions Manager with monthly revenue and position reconciliation reports

The GT Professional role will have a direct impact on the delivery of our agreed service levels with our customers. The quality of service provided will reflect on the effectiveness of the role holder, team and department.
The role holder will be required to co-ordinate and self-manage an assigned quota of client enquiries, ensuring that quality standards and time constraints are continuously delivered to a high standard.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $50,000-$55,000 USD This base pay range is specific to Toronto, Canada and may not be applicable to other locations.
