GCO-US Data Services provides multiple regional business lines with operational support for core, high-volume, digital, banking, and project-based functions. Services provided across the regional footprint support all paper-based customer transactions to ensure a path that best utilizes technology solutions that will enable optimization of execution.
A role you will love
Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, you will work as an integral part of a team on a shift pattern, who are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day preparation, production, and dispatch of physical (paper based) customer communications. These paper-based communications must meet stringent regulations in relation to Service Level Agreements that have to be met.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment and systems in line with Computershare and manufacturers guidelines. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Achieve 100% reconciliation of all output to ensure all work is compliant and in line with Computershare and customer requirements.
- Monitor, track, and maintain inventory accuracy using inventory management systems. Perform cycle counts, Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and products to support operational requirements
- Take responsibility for the tidiness and cleanliness of the Production facility. Work with the Team Leader to ensure the production facility is kept clean and tidy.
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) - pro actively work with the Management team and Facilities team to ensure HSE standards are adhered to and maintained. Highlight all non-conformances in line with process via Team Leader or member of the HSE Committee.
- Service Delivery Team contact and support may occasionally be required to resolve operational issues or facilitate client requests for audits, extractions or similar.
What will we need from you?
Ability to read and write in English. The role requires reading of detailed information.
High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Flexible approach to tasks & working hours with a productive mindset
Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret instructions
Computer literate.
Ability to operate power equipment such as an electric power jack and wrapping machines.
Certified and qualified to operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, high lifts (high lows), clamp trucks and powerjacks
Previous experience working in a production environment or Manufacturing setting preferred
In addition, some flexibility is required in this position if an occasion may present when an urgent task (outside of the general nature of the role) is required to be performed to meet CCS client's needs. This includes operating equipment and assisting in other departments and flexibility to work outside your normal shift hours, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $21.50 - $22.60/hr. This base pay range is specific to this location.
