To support our vision for the Procurement function, we are building new capabilities in our CoE of which this role will be part of. These capabilities will cover sourcing and contracting, data analytics and reporting, systems and process improvements, as well as third-party risk management and vendor management activities.
At Computershare, our Procurement function plays a crucial role in supporting global business objectives, negotiating with third-party suppliers and ensuring seamless purchasing of goods and services across all regions. Sitting within our Finance division, Procurement works closely with teams that deliver financial planning, reporting, commercial support, and accounting services to every part of the business. As a Procurement Process Analyst, you'll be central to optimizing and maintaining the standards that keep our procurement operations running efficiently and compliantly. Working at a global level, you'll ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, while supporting continuous improvement across systems and daily workflows.
A role you will love
In this role, you'll maintain and evolve process guides and procedures for tools like Oracle and GEMs, while actively partnering with the Systems & Process Manager to develop strong governance frameworks that align procurement practices with wider Finance and business goals. You'll contribute to process enhancements, offer strategic recommendations, and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and operational excellence. With deep expertise in Oracle and the P2P lifecycle, you'll help shape best practices and data-driven insights that boost performance, drive innovation, and strengthen procurement's role as a strategic advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, evaluate and propose recommendations to improve the process by evaluate existing policies, procedures & controls.
- Effectively perform responsibility by breaking down the existing process using flow charts, manuals, and other documentation to show the existing processes effectively.
- Update department procedures and policies including rolling out new changes and improvements, and eliminating policies, procedures and processes that are irrelevant or inconsistent globally in a consistent, accurate manner.
- Create documentation detailing process improvements showing the improvements and corresponding details of the implementation. Including step-by-step instructions such that any other person can follow through and implement.
- Conduct ongoing analyses and monitoring of the process, including regulatory guidelines ensuring the changes to the progress include the necessary adjustments to ensure everything aligns to the global governance model.
What will you bring to the role?

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, process control management, or similar.
- 4+ years' experience as a process analyst.
- Oracle P2P process and system expertise.
- Project management qualification - or significant experience in this field
Preferred:
- Industry certification such as CTCRP or CTRPA, ABPMP, FCIPS, CIPS, or CPSM, or Six-Sigma
