Plans Specialist Purchases

37.5 hours per week, hybrid - Bristol

This is an exceptional opportunity to become a pivotal part of our dynamic employee share plan program! Reporting to the SAYE Processing Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the successful delivery of nearly all activities within the SAYE lifecycle, from reconciliation and processing contributions on EquatePlus to managing plan closures and overseeing the global SAYE exercise and allocation process for employee plan participants worldwide.

Beyond these vital processing activities, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Purchases and Operations Manager - SAYE Processing to innovate and implement streamlined, efficient processes for all SAYE-related activities across our diverse client portfolio.

A Role You Will Love

You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our SAYE operations. You'll assist the Operations Manager in building, implementing, and maintaining robust operational processes on EquatePlus, constantly identifying opportunities for process improvement. We're looking for someone who can ensure strict operational discipline and minimal deviation as this critical functional area continues to expand.

You'll become a true subject matter expert, gaining and maintaining deep technical knowledge of all aspects of SAYE activity. This expertise will enable you to provide invaluable advice and guidance to both the wider business and our client base. You'll be responsible for the structured planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks, ensuring the timely completion of all processes assigned to you, consistently meeting our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prompt and accurate processing of demographic, leaver, and contribution files.
  • Meticulous collection and management of contribution funds, upholding strict adherence to the FCA's CASS rules.
  • Timely execution of data uploads, aligning precisely with corporate client contribution dates on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Seamless execution of SAYE exercises and sales, in line with agreed client timings.
  • Where appropriate, developing comprehensive documentation for all SAYE-related processes, ensuring continuous operational control and robust governance.
  • Providing regular, clear status updates to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders regarding SAYE activity.
  • Resolving a wide variety of complex customer queries and system demands, consistently delivering exceptionally high standards of customer service as the go-to expert in the entire SAYE lifecycle.
