Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

We're excited to offer an opportunity to join us as a Plans Specialist - Payments within our Plans Operations Team. This role provides a fantastic gateway into the world of financial services. Joining our Share Plans team offers exposure to the wider business and the opportunity to build foundations to a long term career at Computershare.

A role you will love

You'll be trained to support corporate clients and individual account holders, delivering a high quality service across multiple channels. Working with EquatePlus clients, you'll collaborate with internal teams to process payments and take ownership of your workload. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing manual payments accurately and in line with compliance standards
  • Responding to customer enquiries (primarily written communication)
  • Managing internal tickets and supporting day to day payment activity
  • Producing daily reports and monitoring assigned tasks against SLAs
  • Delivering excellent service to clients and customers at every interaction

Location and hours

This hybrid role offers a Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour working week. You must live within a reasonable commute distance from our Bristol office on Bridgwater Road, BS13 8AE.

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for a friendly and intuitive team member with great interpersonal skills and customer service experience. You'll need to show us that you've built strong working relationships with colleagues. Here are other essential requirements:

  • Meticulous eye for detail, excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships in the business
  • Well organised, detail focused and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Motivated to work unassisted
  • Previous customer service experience beneficial; EquatePlus knowledge a plus
