This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR knowledge in a varied role where you'll support employees and managers with a wide range of people-related queries and processes. A role you will love

As a People Support Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience by providing day-to-day support to employees and managers across the business.

A large part of your role will involve managing enquiries through our HR helpdesk, investigating queries and providing clear, accurate guidance on policies and processes. You'll also support a variety of employee administration activities, including onboarding, employee changes, leavers, references and HR letters.

Working closely with colleagues across the wider People team, you'll help ensure queries are resolved efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving employee and manager enquiries through the HR helpdesk
  • Supporting employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, employee changes and leavers
  • Preparing references, HR letters and other employee documentation
  • Providing guidance on HR policies, processes and systems
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, investigating queries and communicating confidently with a variety of stakeholders.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in administration, customer service or HR administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently and use your initiative
