A role you will love
As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will work within the technology department and contribute to the design, delivery, and support of the Oracle Cloud EPM solutions across the enterprise.
As the Oracle EPM Consultant you will partner with Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into high-quality functional and technical solutions that meet acceptance criteria and support broader transformation goals.

Some other key responsibilities:
- Contribute to functional and technical solution designs across EPM modules, ensuring alignment to requirements, architectural standards, and best practices.
- Perform configuration, build, and unit testing activities across assigned EPM modules.
- Deliver change through structured release cycles, working with Cloud Operations teams to ensure robust deployments across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
- Support business analysts and product owners in capturing and validating requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with Finance stakeholders, Cloud Ops, and delivery teams.
- Support adoption of new Oracle EPM features and participate in release impact assessments.
What will you bring to the role?
As this is a technical role, you will need to have a strong background working within Oracle Cloud EPM, ideally within large and complex organizations.
Within the role, you will be working with multiple different teams, workstreams and stakeholders so you will also need to bring excellent stakeholder management skills.
Some other key skills you will have:
- Understanding of core Oracle EPM modules (e.g. ARCS, EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS, TRCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting).
- Knowledge of EPM data structures, hierarchies, metadata, and integration points with ERP and upstream systems.
- Experience configuring Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
- Understanding of Smart View, Data Integration, Data Management, workflow, and approvals.
- Experience delivering change in large and complex organisations.
- Exposure to continuous improvement, testing cycles, and structured deployment processes.
