Operational Analyst

Copenhagen - Hybrid

A role you will love

As an Operation Analyst, you'll be the crucial link ensuring our clients receive best-in-class service and tailored products. This isn't just a back-office role; it's the engine room of our client relationships. You will be responsible for the seamless, day-to-day operational support for our AGMs and Share Registry clients, especially during peak season. This demands an insightful, proactive, and structured approach-the kind that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a direct, positive impact on client satisfaction and the company's reputation. Beyond the daily tasks, you'll apply your solid understanding of administrative processes and IT systems to navigate internal platforms, contribute to the testing of new solutions and workflows, and play a key part in the continuous improvement of our service delivery. Your Core Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to Relationship Managers, offering daily operational and IT support.
  • Ensure data accuracy through ongoing updates of client data and web portals.
  • Coordinate key events, including the registration of proxies and printing of admission cards for AGMs.
  • Actively participate in projects, contributing to the development and testing of new operational solutions.
  • Maintain integrity through diligent documentation, record-keeping, and general office support (e.g., phone).
  • Apply sound judgment and a structured approach to efficient problem-solving for technical, procedural, and client-related issues.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust-based relationships.

What will you bring to the role?

You'll bring a blend of academic foundation and practical, solution-driven skills. We are looking for a highly organized individual who can manage a diverse workload with independence and precision, especially when navigating multiple tasks and systems. Your IT proficiency extends beyond standard office applications; ideally, you have an interest in or familiar with basic website editing or formatting using HTMLto help enhance our workflows. Crucially, you possess impeccable communication skills in both Danish and English, allowing you to clearly support colleagues and clients alike. Your background is likely rooted in business, finance, or IT, giving you the necessary understanding of administrative processes to hit the ground running.

  • Relevant Qualification: An office education, academy profession degree, or bachelor's degree in a field like business administration, banking, or IT.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication proficiency in both Danish and English.
  • Technical Acumen: High level of IT proficiency with administrative systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Mindset: Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
  • Sector Familiarity (Desirable): Knowledge of shareholder services, general meetings, or financial sector operations.
