A role you will love
As the New Business Sales Representative responsible for lead generation will provide essential sales and research support to the Investor Engagement Sales Directors, helping to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, drive lead generation, and support the conversion of new clients across multiple service lines.
If successful this role offers hands-on experience in driving business growth through client prospecting, market engagement, offering clear progression opportunities into a full Sales Executive position within the Investor Engagement team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by pursuing warm internal leads and cold external outreach.
  • Build and manage prospective client lists via Salesforce.
  • Conduct market research to support prospective client engagement and respond proactively to prospective inquiries.
  • Develop an in-depth market knowledge of our Investor Enagagement product offering.
  • Confidently communicate with senior business leaders, internally and externally.

What will you bring to the role

As an important part of the Investor Engagement sales team, you will have some experience generating client leads, communicating confidently with senior external stakeholders, and working in collaboration with an experienced sales team to proactively target new markets.

Key and desirable experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support role, and of lead generation/client development.
  • Strong communication skills, and experience of working with senior external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce would be highly desirable.
  • An understanding of Capital markets, ESG, or Investor relations would be useful, however more important is an interest in the industry.
  • Proactive approach to upskilling in frontier sales, and of our Investor Engagement business.
