Location: Canton MA or Toronto Canada (Hybrid)

In this position, you'll be based in the Canton MA or Toronto Canada office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. In Toronto, the standard work week is 37.5 hours, typically Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In this role additional hours may be required to fulfil leadership responsibilities. As the Marketing Manager Integrated Marketing, you are responsible for collaboratively working across the marketing team and with key business stakeholders to assist in the development and execution of campaigns and marketing programs across the all key marketing channels including but not limited to social media, email and content marketing, webinars, sales enablement, and events, to drive awareness, engagement, support new business development and drive client engagement/retention within the North American Transfer Agency business.

This role will drive the project and program management, and execution of a wide range of B2B go-to-market marketing programs and campaigns, aligned with the NA Issuer / TA business' relationship-led go-to-market approach. This includes assisting in the development and execution of cross-channel campaigns closely aligned with the business development, client-facing and solutions teams. The role will also work with the Integrated Campaigns team to optimize and scale marketing campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and manage multi-channel initiatives to optimize programs and bring industry best practices to the development and execution of cross-channel marketing programs (e.g., digital, social, email, ABM, events, etc.). This includes a strong focus on cross-channel program/project management and on continually improving CRM to reach target audiences and to manage the metrics and reporting process for campaign performance.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, development and execution of segmented and targeted marketing campaigns and programs across all key marketing channels.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in creation, deployment and management of segmented, persona-based integrated campaigns across marketing channels, in close coordination with business and marketing partners
  • Create supporting campaign assets using approved core messaging
  • Support the deployment of an integrated marketing multi-touch mix of inbound and outbound tactics (organic, paid), including but not limited to outbound email campaigns, paid marketing campaigns and acquisition channels, ABM, SEM/SEO, content marketing, sponsored content/syndication, social media, website/landing pages, industry events/roundtables webinars.
  • Partner closely across marketing, business and product organizations to ensure effective campaign and program execution
  • Support the team in target audience segmentation, campaign content development and A/B testing to refine marketing approaches and optimize performance
  • Manage, track and optimize campaign and program performance and metrics including awareness, engagement, channel performance and related analytics
  • Work collaboratively with Global Events team on optimizing end-to-end workflows related to the execution of a large portfolio of industry and in-market events supporting various segments and solutions
  • Support integrated marketing program and project management across channels (inclusive of related industry or hosted events as needed) to ensure on time execution and delivery and monitor key programs.
  • Provide support across marketing tech stack (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce/CRM, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, ABM platforms) to enable audience targeting, engagement tracking, and attribution
  • Bring/develop proficiency in marketing automation systems to support ongoing email and campaign execution and in social media deployment technology to support social media deployment.

What will you bring to the role?

The ideal candidate will have a desire to support integrated, cross-channel B2B marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, demand and revenue, with an understanding of how to target B2B buyers across various segments. You will have a desire to be involved in all aspects of marketing and possess strong program and project management skills and a demonstrated proficiency across key marketing channels and tools used in the execution and measurement of B2B marketing programs/campaigns.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience preferably as part of a B2B marketing team
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns, project management and in executing a variety of marketing programs and events.
  • Experience working with project management tool like Monday.com a plus.
  • Experience in marketing financial services and / or complex services solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (social, web, email), content strategy, and campaign execution. Experience with digital platforms like LinkedIn, Contentful and/or Marketing automation tool (Marketo/Eloqua/Hubspot) a plus.
  • Hands-on fluency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and performance reporting. Experience with Google data studio a plus.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working across cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities and diverse set of stakeholders; strong project management skills
  • Understanding of transfer agent services and competitive environment a plus.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 CAD/yearly. This base pay range is specific to Toronto and may not be applicable to other locations.
