Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

As part of a global team, this role requires flexibility to work across different time zones, including early evenings and night shifts where needed to support stakeholders and business priorities. A role you will love
This is a true end to end learning role that balances stakeholder engagement with hands on design, delivery and facilitation. You'll work with operational leaders, subject matter experts and clients to understand performance needs and deliver practical, timely learning solutions, adapting your focus throughout the year as business priorities shift.
Work is driven by evolving operational demand, including new client wins, seasonal activity, peaks in volume and operational or technical change. You'll support operations, systems and client facing learning, contribute to global initiatives, and occasionally work on project based activity alongside a Project Manager.
What you'll do:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and agree learning solutions
- Design, update and maintain learning materials aligned to business needs
- Facilitate operational and technical training, virtually and face to face
- Support onboarding, upskilling, systems and client specific training
- Review effectiveness, gather feedback and continuously improve learning solutions
- Respond quickly to changing priorities driven by seasonal or operational demand

- Adaptability and confidence to respond quickly to changing business priorities
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to work with diverse audiences
- Curiosity, analytical thinking and confidence asking the right questions
- Experience in a Learning, Training or Instructional Design role
- Confidence facilitating learning in virtual and/or classroom settings
- Experience designing, updating or maintaining learning materials
- Ability to work within structured learning processes while remaining flexible
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Teaching, QA, operational, regulated or client facing experience, and formal L&D qualifications such as ATD, CPLP or ALFA, are advantageous but not essential. We actively support further study and professional development.
