Intelligence Manager
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

As a Global Intelligence Manager, you'll be at the heart of our strategic decision-making, using data-driven insights to drive growth and success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, analyse behaviour and understand customer needs. Your expertise will inform business development initiatives, marketing strategies, product development and PR content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a global team managing multiple projects end-to-end, across different time-zones - but with a focus on projects in the UK.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, manage and distribute client, end-user and staff satisfaction surveys that capture valuable customer feedback and provide key KPIs for the business.
- Aligning, communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders across the business
- Designing and implementing robust processes for running research and collecting/analysing data to ensure quality and consistency.
- Analysing large volumes of complex quantitative and qualitative data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track global satisfaction / survey metrics in Excel and PowerBi.
- Manage a weekly internal intelligence newsletter and support ad hoc market and competitor exercise by undertaking desk / secondary research

What will you bring to the role?
As our Global Intelligence Manager, you'll need a strong foundation of experience and skills to succeed. We're looking for someone who can:
- Leverage their educational background and significant experience in primary / consumer or market research and/or data analysis to uncover valuable insights.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality.
- Demonstrate an understanding of online research methodologies
- Utilise expertise in data analytics and reporting to turn raw data into actionable intelligence.
- Think critically and successfully manage and analyse complex data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage, update and develop online dashboards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing including working with Senior level executives and relationship management teams.
