The standard work week is 37.5 hours, 9 AM to 5:30 PM shift, Mandatory overtime required without notice as this is driven by volume

Responsible for accurate sorting and distribution of mail. Responsible for following the operational guidelines for the mailing equipment, the procedures of the company, and Canada Post Office regulations. There is frequent collaboration with other teams, departments and business units within Computershare. The Imaging Associate role operates at a local and regional level.
A role you will love
The Imaging Associate performs various duties supporting the operation and training on the Readsoft software system, ensuring all source documents are correctly scanned to meet system requirements.
- Ensures that all mail is sorted in an efficient and timely manner according to the instructions specified.
- Determines transactional types and assists with scanning and imaging work.
- Assists with more complex mailroom projects.
- Resolves complex issues and ensures the timely flow of output through the mail facility.
- Maintains the mailing machines by periodic cleaning. When necessary, communicate any problems to the Lead and the following shift.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
What will you bring to the role?
Required:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
