Location: Toronto Canada (Hybrid)

In this position, you'll be based in the Toronto office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. In Toronto the standard work week is 37.5 hours, typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. As a Global Intelligence Manager, you'll be at the heart of our strategic decision-making, using data-driven insights to drive growth and success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, analyze behavior and understand customer needs. Your expertise will inform our marketing strategies, product development, and business development initiatives.

As our Global Intelligence Manager, you'll work alongside a Global team and will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by turning data into actionable insights. You'll be at the heart of understanding our customers, markets, and competitors, ensuring our strategies are aligned with their evolving needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a global team managing projects across different time-zones but with a focus on projects in North America.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, manage and distribute client and end-user satisfaction surveys that capture valuable customer feedback.
  • Aligning with stakeholder and managing multiple projects from end to end - both internally and working with external providers/agencies.
  • Designing and implementing robust processes for running research and collecting and analyzing data to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Analyzing large volumes of complex quantitative and qualitative data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Communicating insights effectively to key stakeholders, including executives.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track global satisfaction / survey metrics in both Excel and Power BI.

What will you bring to the role?

As our Global Intelligence Manager, you'll need a strong foundation of experience and skills to succeed. We're looking for someone who can:

  • Leverage their educational background and 5+ years of experience in primary research and/or data analysis to uncover valuable insights.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of online research methodologies and their application.
  • Utilize their 5+ years of expertise in data analytics and reporting to turn raw data into actionable intelligence.
  • Think critically and successfully manage and analyse complex data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage, update and develop databases in MS Excel Power BI (required).
  • Collaborate with third-party research vendors to run projects and ensure the provision of the best data and insights to our business partners.
  • Navigate technical environments and manage data extracts and reports in CRM systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing including working with Senior level executives and our client relationship management teams.
  • Translate research findings into tangible business outcomes and recommendations, such as sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product development plans.
