Computershare have an excellent opportunity to join our Global Information Security (GIS) team as a Global IAM Senior Analyst.
The Global Information Security team is responsible to drive the development, deployment and management of information and cyber security across the Computershare businesses, globally. Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively supports the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.
Within GIS our Identity and Access Management team provide the governance that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times for the right reasons. The IAM analysts work alongside both the IAM Operations and IAM Access teams, as well as the wider GIS team to help develop and mature IAM capabilities for the whole of Computershare.
A role you will love
The Global IAM Senior Analyst will take a key role in the team, accountable for the delivery of the IAM programme, which as part of the wider GIS strategy, aims to develop our Access Management processes and technologies. These are maintained in line with the wider technology strategy, whilst continuing to meet the requirements of the wider business, our customers, and our regulators.
This is exciting role in a global function and will involve working closely with security operations teams, governance teams, risk management and wider technology stakeholders across EMEA, Oceania and North America.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Maintain the annual plan to enable Identity and Access Management processes and technologies to keep pace with Global Security requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to the existing IAM processes/systems working alongside the global technology functions.
- Work with the wider global business to promote understanding of Identity and Access Management processes and obligations.
- Assist in the management and/or monitoring of systems associated with IAM, PAM, SSO and MFA.
- Enforce IAM policies and support existing systems in accordance with standards, guidelines, and procedures.

You will be an independent thinker, proactive and self-motivated with a focus on customer service. Passing on knowledge to staff members via coaching, ability to influence others (business and technology staff), as well as able to modify approach and style to obtain co-operation, commitment and resolve conflict.
The Global IAM Senior Analyst will hold expertise in Information Security controls and testing principles (incl Policies & Standards), have hands on experience with IAM tools & technologies and be familiar with current trends in the IAM space.
Other key skills required for the role include:
Essential:
- Prior exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure PIM, SSO & MFA is essential.
- Experience of process improvement and implementation.
- Ability to influence senior business and technology leadership.
- Be a self-starter, be able to successfully prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks and work well under pressure with limited supervision.
- A decision maker, using own initiative when engaging with internal and external stakeholders in all areas of information security to drive a way forward.
- Engaging approach, when it comes to influencing internal stakeholders in all areas of technical and non-technical information security.
- Adaptable to a flexible working model, such as attending conference calls meetings outside of normal office hours and occasionally travelling to other local and international Computershare locations.
Preferred:
- Familiarity and understanding of broader Information Security concepts as they relate to IAM.
- Experience with IAM / PAM tools e.g. SailPoint, CyberArk, CrowdStrike etc.
- Hands on experience of working with IAM / Security related policies and standards.
