We have an excellent opportunity for a Global Designer to join our Global Marketing Delivery team, based in our Melbourne office. If you're looking for a role that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, then you've found the right role.
The Global Designer sits under our Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) which is the division within Computershare responsible for providing employee share plans to clients and their individual employee share plan holders.
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Delivery Manager, the Global Designer works in close collaboration with the Senior Global Creative Lead, marketing portfolio business partners, and the wider marketing delivery team to support a wide range of creative initiatives. The role is integral to the development and execution of high-quality, brand-consistent creative assets that drive marketing campaigns and communications.

A role you will love
The Global Designer is responsible for producing visually compelling, brand-aligned creative assets that support the strategic goals of the employee share plans business. This role contributes to a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives, with a focus on executional design work including social media graphics, product collateral, email banners, reports, and video editing.
Working closely with the Senior Global Creative Lead and regional marketing teams, the Global Designer transforms campaign concepts into engaging digital and print materials. The role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, along with the ability to manage multiple projects across global time zones.
The ultimate goal is to deliver consistent, impactful design solutions that elevate the brand and enhance the effectiveness of global marketing efforts. Flexible working arrangements can be considered.
Some of your key responsibilities will also include:
- Produce high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets across digital and print formats, ensuring consistency and visual impact across all touchpoints
- Translate creative briefs and campaign concepts into engaging, on-brand designs that meet strategic objectives and adhere to global brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Global Creative Lead and regional marketing teams to support creative execution across all global markets
- Present and articulate creative ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs and recommending design adjustments based on performance data and engagement insights
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality
- Test and review designs for usability, accessibility, and quality, ensuring optimal user experience across platforms
- Maintain organised project files and documentation, supporting efficient workflows and version control
- Stay current with design trends, tools, AI technologies, and best practices, applying new techniques to enhance creative output and innovation
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive creative environment, sharing ideas, offering constructive feedback, and supporting team development
What will you bring to the role?
Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Global Designer must be confident managing multiple priorities and bringing creative concepts to life. A strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and digital design is essential.
Success in this role requires experience working across global teams, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively across regions. As part of a global team, the Global Designer must also be comfortable and flexible across time zones and interactions.
Other key skills required include:
- 5-7 years of experience in a design or creative role, ideally within an agency or in-house marketing team
- Experience working across B2B and B2C brands or regions is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Good video editing and motion graphics skills with strong PowerPoint design skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative work across digital and print
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed, and remote team environment
- Skilled in producing digital marketing assets such as web pages, emails, social media content, and digital advertising
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable presenting design work and incorporating feedback
- Awareness of usability and accessibility principles in design
- Resilient and composed under pressure, proactive, self-motivated, take ownership/responsibility for own work
