As part of this vital team, the CoE Data Reporting Analyst operates at the heart of our global procurement strategy, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive performance and ensure compliance. We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented procurement analyst to help power our global initiatives. In this role, you'll gather and analyze data from a variety of systems, producing reports that inform decision-making at every level of the business. You'll play a key role in automating manual reporting processes and identifying inefficiencies, partnering closely with our Process Manager to remove barriers and improve operational flow.

A role you will love

In this role, you will analyse, interpret, and validate data from multiple platforms to deliver meaningful, timely, and accurate insights. You will help design and optimise reporting frameworks, support ETL processes, and enhance data quality and governance across Procurement.

You will also work with stakeholders across the business-including clients and regulators-to ensure the transparency, reliability, and integrity of reporting outputs. Your ability to map processes, document requirements, and apply business analyst principles will be essential in improving our reporting ecosystem and supporting key change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver core analytics and reporting services across all Procurement functions.
  • Gather, validate, transform, and analyse data from multiple systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the development, optimisation, and automation of reporting solutions using Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Partner with the Process Manager to identify inefficiencies and streamline reporting processes and data flows.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market developments, regulatory requirements, and analytics technology trends.
  • Contribute to the evolution of analytics tools and methodologies to ensure solutions remain fit for purpose.
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities across analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Apply business analyst principles by documenting processes, mapping workflows, and capturing reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with the change function to ensure successful delivery of data and reporting change, meeting quality, budget, and timeline targets.
  • Support ongoing data governance, ensuring alignment with compliance, audit, and risk expectations.

What will you bring to the role?

We are a global business with an entrepreneurial spirit, and we are proud of that. What that comes with is a fast-paced environment and lots of change so you will be resilient in nature and able to adapt quickly and embrace the pace of change we often work under.

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in reporting, analytics, or data insights roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, visualisation best practices).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, automation).
  • Demonstrated understanding of ETL processes, data validation, and data transformation pipelines.
  • Experience contributing to or enforcing data governance, compliance standards, and audit readiness.
  • Exposure to business analysis principles, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to champion Procurement strategy, standards, and compliance across global teams.
  • Experience working with or administering SharePoint as a data repository or collaboration platform is a bonus.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Business Administration
