This is a 4-Month Fixed Term Opportunity, starting 1st December 2025, to join a welcoming and collaborative team where your contribution is valued. We're looking for someone detail oriented and reliable to support our People (HR) Team during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a well-respected financial services firm. A role you will love

You'll report directly to the Head of Service Delivery and play a key role in managing and organising confidential documentation. This is a highly structured role focused on digital filing, you'll be responsible for reviewing, naming, and sorting documents using clearly defined protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.
In this Data Administrator role, while the tasks are repetitive by nature, they're essential to the smooth running of the People function and offer a great opportunity to build familiarity with HR processes and systems in a supportive environment. This role is ideal for:

You'll be joining a friendly and welcoming team, with full training provided and clear expectations from day one.

This hybrid role offers a 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with a pro-rata salary of £24,500 depending on experience. Candidates must live within a reasonable commute distance of our Bristol office (Bridgwater Road, BS13 8AE).

We're hiring two new team members on an initial 4-month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.
