Join our Imaging & Mailroom Team within Operations and play a vital role in how Computershare delivers seamless inbound services to our clients.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our document processing function-where precision meets technology. Using sophisticated imaging systems powered by Optical Character Recognition (OCR), our team classifies documents and extracts critical data that keeps our business moving.

What will you bring to the role?
You'll bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability to ensure daily targets and SLAs are consistently achieved, supporting the needs of both our clients and internal teams.
You'll collaborate closely with Transaction Services Group Team Leaders, Managers and key stakeholders to guarantee all inbound and outbound mail is processed accurately and within strict deadlines. With a clear understanding of established processes, you'll ensure work flows seamlessly through to downstream departments.
You'll be confident working across a virtual, hybrid and in-person environment, building effective relationships with Relationship Managers, business leaders and offshore counterparts.
Your contribution will include:
- Accurately sorting incoming mail and creating scan batches
- Operating Kodak scanners and Readsoft applications to load documents into Computershare workflow queues
- Managing inbound and outbound mail, packages and deliveries efficiently
- Receiving and recording items from postal services and couriers
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages across the organisation
- Coordinating with courier partners to ensure timely, reliable delivery
- Responding to and resolving customer and stakeholder enquiries professionally
