We are now looking for an experienced manager to join our Client Relationship Management team in Beijing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global corporation where you will manage portfolios for some of China's most dynamic businesses.

A role you will love

The Client Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and developing client relationships, handling client issues and ensuring client satisfaction, and upselling & cross-selling ESOP products & services. You will partner with our clients to resolve complex issues through creative solutions and service excellence.

Some other key accountabilities will include:

  • Build and maintain proactive and positive relationships with clients, managing portfolios effectively and efficiently, building client trust in our capability to deliver, ensuring client retention.
  • Manage client actions and deliver resolution to issues, through creative solutions and service excellence, meeting our client portfolios expectations and satisfaction.
  • Assist and support management team by identifying potential revenue opportunities, meeting associated EBITDA goals.
  • Design, develop and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally.
  • Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings.
  • Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures so as to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities.
  • Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis.
  • Effectively represent Client Management within the organization providing education and upskilling to a range of colleagues.
  • Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills. Stable personality, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Some other key skills required for the role:

  • At least 5 years of related working experience with bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or business-related areas.
  • Customer focused with excellent communications skills. Strong problem-solving skills and well-developed commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent English and Mandarin required with Cantonese an advantage.
