This is an exciting opening to become part of a well-established team in a newly created role, offering you the opportunity to shape and define the position as it evolves within the organisation.
A role you will love
We're looking for a proactive, commercial, and detail-oriented Procurement & Contracting Specialist to support our existing clients with their requests and lead newly won clients through the critical final stages of onboarding-from adoption decision to signed contract.
You'll be the driving force behind procurement and contracting success, leading complex negotiations and ensuring a smooth, timely transition to signature. Managing the end-to-end process with precision, urgency, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and knows how to get things done.
You'll arrange, lead, and participate in calls with client-side procurement, legal, and InfoSec teams, acting as the primary point of contact and negotiation lead. Your role will be to drive momentum, resolve blockers, and ensure all parties stay aligned and on track.
To support this, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams across Ingage and the wider Computershare group. This includes bringing in subject matter experts from ISO InfoSec & Data Protection, Computershare Legal, Account Management & Client Support, and Data Onboarding, ensuring that every aspect of the client's onboarding is handled with care and expertise.
Ultimately, your goal is to deliver a seamless, efficient contracting experience that sets the tone for a successful long-term client relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Being pro-active in responding to queries, pulling people together and chasing the prospect to ensure things come together as quickly as possible.
• Liaising closely with key stakeholders such as ingage Sales & Account Management, InfoSec, Computershare legal and the client procurement, legal, IT and IR teams.
• Feeding in to other related processes such as internal and external ISO audits and annual refreshes of key docs such as client T&Cs, Web Terms of Use, etc
• Become a subject matter expert on the procurement and legal process and what's required to get new prospective clients through to signature.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for a Procurement professional with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders-from client procurement and legal teams to internal subject matter experts. You'll need to work proactively and responsively with clients to keep the process moving swiftly, while building strong relationships with client teams from the outset.
Strong communication skills-both verbal and written-are key, along with the interpersonal ability to engage stakeholders across different business units and locations, and to draw in the right expertise at the right time. Confidence in negotiation and the ability to handle challenging conversations is essential. You need to be comfortable interacting with both internal and external clients to deliver effective outcomes.
You'll have recent experience navigating enterprise software procurement processes within large corporate environments. Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards, legal contracts, and data protection regulations is essential, while knowledge of ISO 27701 is highly desirable.
