Issuer Services operates across three lines of business. Registry & Corporate Actions delivers services ranging from transfer agency and share registry to complex, cross-border global capital markets transactions. Entity Solutions focuses on entity compliance and governance, while Investor Engagement supports issuers through investor intelligence, investor relations, and proxy solicitation.
A role you will love
The Capital Markets Program Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs within Issuer Services. The role establishes program governance, coordinates workstreams, and ensures initiatives are aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
The Program Manager enables informed, data-driven decision making by senior leaders through disciplined reporting, risk management, and delivery cadence. Success requires strong program management fundamentals, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance structures
- Coordinate functions including technology, operations, legal, risk and change as well as the business to achieve program objectives for the business
- Identify, track, and escalate program risks, issues, and critical decisions and ensure ownership and accountability
- Own and run delivery meetings and provide comprehensive reporting on a regular basis
- Lead executive management reporting and Steering Committee meetings by providing meaningful data and decision papers
- Enable subject matter experts to focus on delivery through strong coordination and program discipline
- Define, measure, manage, and improve processes to achieve operational excellence and quality within the project
- Encourage and promote a continuous improvement and quality culture across the workstreams; ensure compliance with all CPU policies, requirements, and values

Essential
- Relevant education and program management qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex programs
- Strong planning, governance, and reporting capability
- Familiarity with US financial services and securities markets
Preferred
- Experience with registry operations
- Experience supporting regulatory or market-wide change initiatives
- Tertiary level qualifications

- Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $132,000 - $180,000. This base pay range is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
