We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in the Yarra Falls office. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, collaborate with the development team to design and implement changes to the Order Routing Management System (ORMS) application, work closely with cross-functional development and support teams, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

• Adhere to all relevant processes, checklists, and standards to minimise the risk of Audit and Security findings.

• Assist in triaging and resolving production issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Make regular contributions to the team knowledge base, product wikis, and support documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to support the timely delivery of IT software solutions aligned to agreed priorities.

• Demonstrated experience working across both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL Server.
• Proven experience in UI design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and practical experience working in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Understanding of Windows and Web-based UX principles.
• Knowledge of stock markets and trading systems.
