Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid)

Through detailed and rigorous research, we trace and verify lost or dormant shareholders and account holders. We then guide them through every step of the claims process, offering the support they need to recover what is rightfully theirs. A role you will love
An Unclaimed Asset Reunification Administrator is responsible for managing the asset reunification process from start to finish. Each UAC will help to run a complete research campaign, using a range of resources to determine the accuracy of asset holder data and carry out research to locate the individuals. They are also responsible for advising asset holders about their unclaimed assets and supporting them through the entire claims process.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound calls / correspondence both as part of the initial research process and queries completion of claims
- Making outbound calls to customers and assist them with the claim process.
- Manage a caseload of research, using a multitude of databases and own initiative to establish contact details of the correct asset holder
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns
- Accurately update data on our bespoke in-house database
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure all administrative functions and documents are loaded and escalated accordingly.

You will bring strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient case handling. An ability to work confidently both independently and within a team, adapting easily to different demands. Your organisational skills will enable you prioritise tasks well, consistently meeting deadlines while upholding all required procedures and regulations.
Other key requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate. (Essential)
- Fluent in Afrikaans (verbal & written communication essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification (advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on available data.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet rigid deadlines and adhere to procedures / regulations
