New Development Sales Associate

Yesterday Austin, TX

At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

Compass Development Marketing Group (“CDMG”) is the purpose-built new development sales and marketing division of Compass, exclusively representing developers and capital partners of new-to-market residential properties. Leveraging decades of experience and a national footprint across 350+ Compass offices, CDMG delivers best-in-class sales execution for the country’s most distinctive residential communities.

CDMG is the exclusive sales and marketing partner for Loraloma Private Club & Estates, a premier luxury residential community in the Texas Hill Country developed by Areté Collective.

Loraloma is a private residential community within the 2,200-acre Thomas Ranch masterplan located outside of Austin, Texas. Positioned along two miles of frontage on the Pedernales and Colorado rivers, the community spans 1,100 acres with approximately 60% preserved as open space.

The development features:

  • Turnkey and customizable modern residences
  • A David McLay-Kidd–designed 18-hole golf course
  • Wellness, culinary, recreation, and outdoor programming
  • A design-forward, land stewardship–driven approach

Loraloma represents one of the most highly anticipated luxury master-planned communities in Texas.

The Sales Associate will report to the Sales Director and serve as a front-line member of the on-site sales team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential lot and home sales - from initial inquiry through executed purchase agreement and escrow coordination.

This is a high-touch, relationship-driven position requiring strong experience in luxury real estate, new development, resort-style communities, or land/lot sales.
