Description
CRM Administration (Salesforce & HubSpot)
- Administer both CRMs: users, roles/permissions, profiles, views, lists, workflows, and integrations.
- Build and maintain fields, objects, page layouts, pipelines, deal stages, automations, flows, and lifecycle logic.
- Configure HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs (forms, workflows, scoring, sequences, lifecycle stages).

Process Automation
- Build robust automation in Salesforce Flow and HubSpot Workflows.
- Optimize routing, lead assignment, lifecycle stage progression, sync rules, and data enrichment.
- Maintain clean and aligned data models across both systems.
Business Analysis & Process Design
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for Sales, CS, and Marketing workflows.
- Document processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive clarity and alignment.
- Improve conversion workflows from Lead → MQL → SAL → Opportunity → Closed Won → Renewal.
Data Quality & System Governance
- Perform regular audits, dedupe, and field governance across Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Own integration sync management (Salesforce ↔ HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Jira, etc.).
- Implement best practices for segmentation, attribution, scoring, and marketing QA.
Reporting & Enablement
- Build dashboards in both platforms for funnel, pipeline, campaign attribution, and CS insights.
- Train and support users through documentation, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
You Must Have
- 3–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot in a SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and HubSpot workflows.
- Solid understanding of marketing operations, lead lifecycle, and CRM data models.
- Ability to translate requirements into well-designed CRM solutions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Nice to Haves
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or HubSpot Admin credentials.
- Experience with tools like Marketo, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clari, or Gong.
- Experience with APIs, integration platforms, or basic SOQL querying.

Pay Range Disclosure (For US openings only)
Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is 87,000 - 109,000 + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
