Intern, Third Party Risk Management
This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11,2026, until August 28, 2026.
Job Summary
The Intern, Third-party Risk Management is responsiblefor supporting Procurement & Supply Management's (P&SM's) riskmanagement strategy by identifying supplier risk and executing on the riskmanagement strategy. The incumbent works with the P&SM groups andthird-party tools to identify risk, monitor suppliers and implement duediligence processes, including mitigation plans if required. In addition, therole involves a substantial communication and stakeholder management componentincluding working closely with Senior Management.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding and risk assessment of new suppliers, including due diligence checks and documentation review.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of third-party risk management tools and databases.
- Help monitor supplier compliance with sustainability, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Participate in supplier segmentation and risk categorization based on business impact and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Sustainability, IT Security) to gather and validate supplier risk data.
- Contribute to the development of supplier scorecards and performance tracking metrics.
- Research industry best practices and emerging trends in third-party risk and sustainable procurement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal reviews and stakeholder communications. Prepare supporting documents and materials for discussions with key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management
- Be an analytical thinker as well as business and technology savvy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Act as a change agent to promote new ideas, processes, and tools
- Be agile and capable of supporting multiple teams
- Knowledge of systems such as Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP), Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint,
- Smartsheet, Fieldglass and Ariba
- Fluently bilingual, both written and verbal (English, French)
Education
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Risk Management or a related field
*Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for theseabove would be considered as an asset
