Summary:

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Telehealth Urgent Care team in New Mexico. This fully remote role serves CHRISTUS associates and their dependents, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a virtual setting. Youll work within a physician-led care team using a queue-based system and Epic EMR. PRN, 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent care consultations via telehealth for CHRISTUS associates and their dependents

• Utilize Epic for all documentation and charting

• Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3-4 patients per shift

• Collaborate with a physician-led multidisciplinary care team

• Deliver care in alignment with CHRISTUS Health protocols and standards

Requirements:

• Active NP license in the state of New Mexico (required)

• Must reside in New Mexico (required)

• Nurse Practitioners: FNP certification with 5+ years in urgent care, emergency medicine preferred

• EPIC experience preferred; training will be provided

• Strong communication skills; flexible, personable, and self-motivated
