Description
Responsible for financial evaluations of physicians and physician practices in consideration of employment offers to new physicians. Conducts financial analysis on existing employed physician practices to determine profitability, utilization, and trends. Calculates quarterly physician pay adjustments based on productivity. Prepares various Ad Hoc analysis and data requests for Clinician Group management team. Provides monthly actual to budget variance explanations on Clinician Group operating departments. Prepares annual operating budgets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field required.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES:
SKILLS: * Requires strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with others * Strong creative analysis and problem solving skills * Strong computer skills * Must be able to work independently and follow established procedures, as well as designing, implementing, and documenting enhancements for current systems and processes * Prefer strong understanding of physician clinic operations and billing processes * Knowledge of cost accounting principles, feasibility analysis, pro forma preparation, and forecasting * Broad knowledge of hospital systems (billing, collections, General ledger, payroll, admitting, medical records, clinical operations, and other subsidiary systems).
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 7 years related experience required.
NATURE OF SUPERVISION: -Responsible to: CSVCG Finance Director
ENVIRONMENT: - Bloodborne pathogen A
No contact with any body fluids. Office environment with many and conflicting deadlines. Must be able to maintain composure and manage multiple priorities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires knowledge of general safety standards. Extensive keyboard data manipulation using sound ergonomic principles.
