Overview

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Technical Program Lead to support the strategy, planning, and delivery of future Point of Sale (POS) capabilities across international markets. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Restaurant Experience, Financial Services, Field Operations, and Division stakeholders to help shape the next generation of restaurant technology experiences.

We are seeking a product-minded and collaborative leader who can connect business needs, restaurant workflows, experience design, and technical delivery. In this role, you will help translate Operator and Team Member needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities into a coordinated roadmap for POS innovation.

This role will provide strategic program leadership across product roadmap development, UI and UX evolution, and cross-functional initiatives. The Technical Program Lead will facilitate alignment, identify dependencies, support prioritization, and help teams move from discovery through delivery with clear outcomes and shared accountability.

The position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the POS product roadmap in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Restaurant Experience, Financial Services, Field Operations, Digital, and Division teams.
  • Facilitate the evaluation, planning, and prioritization of future POS capabilities and enhancements. Partner with UX, UI, product, and engineering teams to help define future restaurant experiences, workflows, and interface improvements.
  • Gather and synthesize Operator feedback, Team Member needs, business requirements, market insights, and technical considerations to inform roadmap decisions
  • Identify dependencies, risks, organizational impacts, and decision points associated with strategic product initiatives.
  • Lead planning and coordination across multiple teams to create clarity around objectives, ownership, sequencing, timelines, and intended outcomes.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, working meetings, and stakeholder discussions that align priorities and drive informed decisions.
  • Support development of business cases, investment rationale, product measures, and market readiness strategies for future POS capabilities.
  • Coordinate product launch readiness and organizational adoption planning in partnership with delivery, operations, training, and support teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors to support successful delivery of business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teams to ensure future POS capabilities can support the needs of a growing global business.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

  • Experience supporting product strategy, roadmap planning, program management, business analysis, or technology delivery initiatives.
  • Experience working across multiple business and technology functions to drive alignment and execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business objectives, user needs, restaurant workflows, and technical solutions.
  • Experience supporting product strategy, product roadmaps, prioritization, and the delivery of complex technology initiatives.
  • Familiarity with UX and UI principles, product discovery, and user-centered
    design methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to translate complex business and technical information into clear decisions, plans, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non technical audiences.
  • Ability to identify dependencies, navigate ambiguity, and create clarity across evolving initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant technology, POS platforms, or operational systems.
  • Strong personal and relational intelligence, with a servant spirit and strong sense of stewardship aligned to Chick-fil-A's values.
