Sr. Specialist, Restaurant Cash Management Operations

Overview

The Restaurant Cash Management Team facilitates and provides support for end-to-end Restaurant payment processes and cash management insights.

This is a professional level role requiring a person who will be responsible for Restaurant and Corporate Cash Management support and operational execution, including project management duties. Primarily, this role includes responsibility for managing processes related to the armored car program, various innovation pilot programs, and change management support.

This individual will be expected to provide 2nd mile service to Operators, 3rd party vendors, and internal staff. Work is often completed with considerable latitude and is a flexible mix of working in person and virtually guided by Cornerstones. Occasional after hour support or over-time may be required to meet goals or guidelines.

Responsibilities

•Facilitates and provides cash operations support to Restaurants and Operators for cash processes, logistics and coordination

•Partners cross-functionally on projects and activities that enable scalable Restaurant Cash Management solutions related to the Armored Car Program, Change Management related work and project management ownership for pilot programs

•Represent Restaurant Cash Management with various external vendors

•Partner cross-functionally to influence program execution, enhancements, and change management

•Prioritize responsibilities, manage time accordingly and provide timely updates to leadership

•Assist with selection and/or oversight of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcome and results.

•Communicate proactively and effectively with Operators, third party vendors, and internal business partners

•Orient, train, assign, and check the work of less experienced staff and/or be designated as a formal or informal team leader

•Create and execute change management plan for various pilot programs and communicate status to Leadership

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Builds strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammates

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities with limited supervision

• Analytical and detail-oriented

• Self-driven, exhibiting a personal drive for excellence, eagerness to learn

• Proficient in Chick-fil-A's standard suite of work solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, JIRA)

• Ability to lead in process improvement, change management, and project management

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

•Experience with cash management

•Experience with Program Management

•Data and Analytics Experience

•CPA

•PMP
