Sr. Lead Technical Product Owner
Overview
As part of the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department, this role contributes to a growing agile team building Pulse, Chick-fil-A's new Restaurant Intelligence Platform. Pulse is designed to simplify how Operators and Field Staff understand restaurant performance by consolidating data, surfacing actionable insights, and embedding AI-driven recommendations. Today, Operators rely on numerous tools and large volumes of data to deliver operational excellence, which can make gaining a clear view of what's happening in a restaurant challenging. Pulse addresses this by providing curated metrics and enabling meaningful collaboration, helping teams quickly identify what happened and where opportunities exist. Ultimately, Pulse will become the primary tool for Field Staff to manage restaurant portfolios and deliver tailored, coordinated support to Operators.
This role partners with an engineering peer to lead the Pulse development team and collaborates with Field Operations and other enabling DTT teams (e.g. A-Team, Digital Enablement, etc.) to design, test, and scale the initial MVP towards chainwide rollout. After launch, this role will own the long-term technology capability strategy and stewardship, ensuring solution health and driving future business outcomes.
Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.
