Overview

The Professional/Individual Contributor Staff member is responsible for performing work responsibilities, building relationships, and sharing expertise and experience as he/she contributes to specific bodies of work, builds connections, and optimizes performance.

The Chick-fil-A Restaurant Payroll Services Department is responsible for providing payroll services and support for Chick-fil-A franchised and corporate-owned restaurants. This is a professional level role that will lead the Restaurant Payroll Services Targeted Operator Support and Change Enhancements platform. Individual will also be responsible for providing daily Restaurant processing support for Chick-fil-A Franchisees and their teams. Individual will provide second-mile service to Franchisees, team members, staff, and 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and respond timely and effectively to Operators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as direct Payroll Services Specialist for an assigned number of Chick-fil-A Franchised restaurants for system and process troubleshooting and support.
  • Proactively identify and recommend enhancements and change opportunities for current processes
  • Provide support for daily payroll processing inquiries and W2 adjustment requests
  • Provide oversight and assurance of payroll completion and process support
  • Preparation of documentation for new and existing processes; support Operator payroll education
  • Utilize technical skills and knowledge to identify trends and speak to comprehensive perspective of Restaurant Payroll Services

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

  • Builds strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammates
  • Knowledge and understanding of Chick-fil-A's standard suite of work solutions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge or ability to learn new financial systems and/or reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

  • Proficiency with Alteryx and/or Tableau
