Sales & Brand Growth Consultant
Overview
The Sales & Brand Growth Consultant (SBGC) supports Operators in growing top-line sales by leveraging brand strategies, insights and best practices to activate market and local level marketing plans that bring the brand to life in their Restaurants and communities. They serve as a trusted, expert consultant who engages with Operators and their teams to help enhance Restaurant performance via tailored sales & brand growth recommendations. The Sales & Brand Growth Consultant must be able to consult to the full spectrum of local marketing activities and opportunities at the Restaurant, while also possessing the skills and dexterity to consult to Operators' market-level marketing plans.

Responsibilities
Local Sales & Brand Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Consults Operators on how to develop, execute, and evaluate strategic local marketing plans.
- Provides expert guidance on Restaurant marketing, sales channel optimization, and emotional connections marketing.
- Supports targeted growth initiatives, including CFA One, Catering, and Delivery.
Market-Level Strategic Planning & Investment:
- Develops and advises on market-level marketing strategies, media plans, and partnership opportunities.
- Partners with Operators and relevant teams to create multi-year market growth strategies

Cross-functional Sub-region Marketing Thought Leadership:
- Serves as a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) and enterprise business advisor for Area Support Teams (ASTs).
- Ensures alignment of marketing efforts with Chick-fil-A's brand standards and enterprise strategic objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in Marketing, Business Strategy or Consulting role
- Marketing strategy, Relationship Building, Independent worker, Strong communicator
- Strong follow-through, Analytical / Problem-solver, Collaborative, Growth mindset, Able to lead through influence
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Marketing or similar education
- Previous experience in Account Management, Field Marketing, Franchisee Consulting or Marketing Strategy role.
