Lead Systems Analyst, Staff Technology Solutions
Overview
As a Lead Systems Analyst on the Staff Technology Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting Chick-fil-A's Integrated Workplace Management System. This platform facilitates the orchestration of the Restaurant lifecycle from site selection and construction to ongoing property and accounting practices. As our portfolio of restaurants continues to increase and become more diverse, we aim to build and maintain a best-in-class technology ecosystem to support and scale with the growth. This role is responsible for leading complex problem solving for Legal and Lease Accounting stakeholders in the system, along with creating the product roadmap to ensure business needs are met.

Responsibilities
- Delivers complex and integrated solutions involving multiple stakeholders & systems
- Participates in sprint planning with external vendor
- Owns the solution design with confidence to set the vision and strategy for Legal and Lease Accounting
- Drives product roadmap development for relevant stakeholders
- Owner of 4 User Experience Applications in TRIRIGA
- Implementation lead for UX based tools in TRIRIGA
- Functional lead for TRIRIGA prioritization with Legal & Lease stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficient in SQL, API/Integration experience
- Agile Methodology experience
- Experience implementing a react application
- Vendor management experience
- Data modeling experience (creating data flow diagrams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree MIS, Data Analytics, Engineering, Accounting
- 4+ years of experience
- Accounting background
- Experience with LeanIX or Miro
