Lead Systems Analyst, Digital Transformation & Technology
Overview
As a Lead Systems Analyst, you will contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help transform Chick-fil-A Inc's (CFA's) financial processes.
You will be the trusted partner between the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) department and the Financial Services (FS) department, learning about their business processes and requirements, achieving their goals, and making the dreams of FS, DTT, and CFA a reality.
In this role, your primary focus is on Corporate Financial Reporting (e.g., Financial Statements; General Ledger) and Corporate Customer Billing (e.g., Money owed to the Support Center). These two business capabilities impact 3 key audience groups: staff, operators, and customers - involving off-hours work and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant and corporate financials.
Your role is to provide solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness, apply innovation and emerging technology, and give customers, staff, and operators more capacity and value.
Given that Corporate Financial Reporting is comprised of processes and systems that serve as the backbone of the Support Center's accounting systems and processes, you will work with experienced Financial Services and Technology professionals spanning across multiple teams and legal entities.
Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.
