Associate III, Campus Operations
Overview
The Retail store associate will function primarily on the sales floor and cash wrap. They are responsible for helping the retail store team in driving revenue generation through demonstration of merchandise selling skills. They are responsible for helping the retail team perform general stockroom duties and replenishing the sales floor. The Retail Associate's duties consist of greeting and assisting internal and external guests, stocking, some administrative work, staging and transporting merchandise to the sales floor.

Responsibilities
In addition to the Retail Associate roles and responsibilities, the Retail Associate is responsible for helping the retail store team with the operational functioning of the sales floor.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate selling skills including, but not limited to, approaching, and acknowledging, identifying needs, suggesting, and closing, to promote sales and a positive experience for the customer.
- Administrative tasks: Updating/printing signage, logging inventory, EOM or quarterly reporting, accounting items, managing deposits and other administrative work based on business needs.
- Assist with all price changes and ticket merchandise prior to staging on sales floor.
- Assist folding and stocking merchandise.
- Assist with inventory.
- Assist and maintain sales floor, stock room, and cash wrap for maximum efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail Sales Knowledge
- Guest Service Experience
- Effective Communication
- Organization
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Cash Handling
- Ability to lift up-to 50lbs
- Scheduling Flexibility
