We are looking for a Sr Software Engineer who is passionate about technology and the experiences it can create to join our Move Money development team. This is an opportunity to work on an innovative money movement platform while building reliable, scalable, and advanced solutions to help our clients take ownership of their financial futures. You'll support complex software design tasks in an agile environment while collaborating across user experience, business, and technology partners. - Bachelors' degree in Computer Engineering OR related degree.
- Advanced experience working in COBOL, DB2, CICS, typically built through 10+ years.
- Analyze technical and functional application modules and provide estimate on design solutions.
- Develop and implement DB2 interfaces, create basic and complex queries and query performance tuning in DB2.
- Designing, coding and testing application solutions and new project enhancements in JCL.
- Support application systems and maintain on-line screens in CICS environment.
- Develop and install various types of source code into MVS system through code migration tools Changeman.
- Automate job scheduling, handle dependencies and enhance flexibility in Mainframe Jobs using scheduling tools Control-M.
- Troubleshooting, clustering, shared queue, and publish-subscribe solutions in Message Queues.

- Streamlines requirement analysis and validation for enhanced efficiency.
- Designs security processes to enhance security and regulatory compliance.
- Enhances processes that merge predictive and adaptive software design techniques.
- Designs efficient processes that ensure quality and resolve issues in software components.
- Optimizes processes for secure, compliant, and reliable software releases.
- Optimizes design processes by integrating predictive or adaptive methods with cloud principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in distributed technology (.Net/Java).
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Synthesizes complex data, manages resources, and develops strategic insights
- Establishes communication processes for smooth information flow with others involved in a project or effort..
- Provides thought leadership in the business area and independently drives strategic initiatives.
- Enables stakeholders to align decisions with business goals.
- Influences best practices to plan to prepare for opportunities or challenges.
- Champions innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
