As a Product Manager within Schwab's Digital Assets business, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of crypto client experiences-specifically across account activation and account lifecycle management. In this role, your focus will be on delivering measurable improvements in client conversion, engagement, and satisfaction by identifying and reducing friction across the customer journey. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to bring products from concept through launch and continuous optimization.

You will contribute to defining product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution for key crypto experiences, translating complex customer, business, and operational needs into scalable solutions. Leveraging data, experimentation, and market insights, you will guide decision-making, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to enhance product offerings. This role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity while influencing partners and leaders to align on priorities and outcomes. Over time, you will help shape how clients access and manage digital assets at Schwab while developing deep expertise in emerging financial technologies and client-centric product innovation.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, and business functions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, experimentation, and business judgment to inform decisions and prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to drive product execution from concept to launch and through iteration
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including applying structured thinking and product frameworks to complex challenges
  • Technical fluency with the ability to partner on scalable solutions, integrations, and platform capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present at multiple levels
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, maintain ownership, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first mindset with experience translating user needs into intuitive product experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience in financial services, banking, or cryptocurrency
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing tools and running structured user experience (UX) experiments
  • Familiarity with digital asset ecosystems and emerging fintech trends

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
