The Offer Management Senior Manager helps own and execute the vision for Digital Wealth Solutions in expanding access to financial planning for all. You will be responsible for building, managing, and evolving representative and client experiences in financial planning and other specialty wealth services. This work spans the entire lifecycle of experience design from identifying client needs and shepherding risk reviews, to driving development and launch to market in collaboration with product owners.
The Senior Manager will work closely with and report to the Director for Financial Planning.
You will be responsible for owning and progressing the financial planning offering including the end-to-end design, development, and launch of new features and programs (especially as they relate to AI). The candidate will have strong collaboration skills and executive presence to effectively build trust and communicate with partners in risk & governance, product, field enablement, and more. As the Senior Manager for Offer Management, you will:
- Harness Generative AI to power financial planning experiences and expand access to insights for clients and prospects
- Design and manage go-to-market and implementation plans for financial planning and other key wealth management experiences
- Have a client-first mindset, becoming an expert in the needs, expectations, and pain points of clients and advisors
- Identify and navigate issues and gaps in the client & representative experience, program design, and delivery
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive efficient issue identification, creative problem solving, and effective decision-making across partner teams and with team leaders
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership that will be used to influence the strategic direction of key experiences
- Quickly build credibility and trust to cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with cross-enterprise business partners, stakeholders, executives, vendor contacts, and client-facing representatives.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- A passion for understanding how AI can serve the financial planning needs of clients
- Strong problem solving, project management, and program management skills
- Strong ability to shepherd efforts through the full spectrum of risk/legal/compliance/supervision forums (from the weekly risk project team to the New Products & Services Risk Oversight Committee)
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to visualize program design & delivery holistically across multiple time horizons
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills; strong emotional intelligence and executive presence. Thrives on building strong authentic relationships on the team and across the organization
- Experience in gathering data and synthesizing insights to understand client needs, and use these insights to inform design and positioning of financial planning products and services
- Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated success in a collaborative environment
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to keep self and others informed of and prepared for key milestones on offer roadmaps
