Pay range: USD $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 / Year

The Schwab Wealth Advisory Client and Offer Experience team shapes how clients engage with the advisory offer and how employees deliver it. The team connects client needs, field insights, business priorities, and data to create experiences that build trust, improve offer delivery, and support sustainable growth.

As a Senior Manager, you will advance the offer experience strategy and lead high-priority initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and measurable results. You will define complex problems, evaluate insights and trade-offs, set priorities, and make recommendations that strengthen client and advisor outcomes.

Success requires strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and adaptability in a complex environment. You will collaborate across business, operations, marketing, and technology teams, influence senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and establish measures that guide future enhancements.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in offer experience, offer or product management, internal strategy, strategy consulting, or related discipline
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisory solutions
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship

• Ability to apply Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen to connect client needs, business objectives, competitive dynamics, growth opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Ability to use Data Analysis, client feedback, and business insights to prioritize opportunities and evaluate outcomes
• Strong Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills, including the ability to assess trade-offs, risks, resources, and dependencies
• Experience using Stakeholder Management and Influencing Others to build alignment and drive progress across teams and organizational levels
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, concise, executive-level narratives and recommendations
• Demonstrates Adaptability, curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through change in an evolving environment
