Pay range: USD $115,000.00 - $185,000.00 / Year

DAFgiving360™ is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to increasing charitable giving in the United States. Since 1999, donors have recommended over $44 billion in grants to more than 280,000 charities. Through donor-advised funds and philanthropic tools, we help individuals and families integrate charitable planning into their financial lives and make a meaningful difference.
This role is aligned to DAFgiving360 and employed by Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
As a Charitable Consultant, you will drive engagement and growth by serving as a trusted, consultative partner to Schwab Investor Services, financial advisors, and high-net-worth clients. You will increase awareness and adoption of donor-advised funds while guiding complex philanthropic planning conversations and delivering a premium client experience.
What you'll do:
- Building trusted relationships with clients, advisors, and business partners
- Delivering confident, impactful presentations across diverse audiences and platforms
- Listening and quickly identifying client needs to provide tailored solutions
- Solving complex problems in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Influencing outcomes through consultative engagement and strong communication
- Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to business priorities
- Managing competing priorities with sound judgment and adaptability
- Partnering effectively across marketing, charitable strategy, and Investor Services teams
- Providing actionable feedback to improve client experience and drive innovation

What you have
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of financial services experience
- Experience in relationship management within private wealth, investment management, or similar environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to support high-net-worth or complex client segments
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver client-centered solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Experience serving multi-generational households with complex or urgent needs
- Working knowledge of public and private investment vehicles
- Working knowledge of ultra-high-net-worth tax considerations
- Working knowledge of planned giving strategies
- Established network of centers of influence within the territory

In addition to a base salary (range posted), this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
