Sr Manager, Business Systems Analysis Senior
Pay range: USD $152,522.00 - $164,200.00 / Year

Job Duties: Applying advanced business analysis concepts for identifying, evaluating, and defining highly complex systems scope and objectives based on advanced knowledge of applicable business practices, processes, systems, and industry standards to meet end-user needs. Considers the business implications of applying technology to the current and future business environments. Understanding and utilizing Agile Scrum best practices to ensure consistent delivery and reporting of project deliverables. Utilizing a detail oriented, data driven approach to oversee progress and relay information on critical trends up to the leadership team for input on strategy. Partnering with technology leads and product owners to communicate gaps, opportunities, and progress against deliverables. Independently address business process or systems issues and communicate key issues back up to the leadership team. Working with functional support resources and makes solution recommendations to ensure that user requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. Performing gap analysis between business requirements and vendor product offerings as needed. Ensuring that complex business requirements are accurately captured, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders and effectively translate them into functional specifications. Acting as a liaison between the business and technology teams.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 24 months involving the following: Agile environment and crafting requirements for web platforms; FINRA integrations; U4, U4 Amendment, U5, U5 Amendment, NRF, Re-license, Year end registration renewals, and webEFT Sunest; Appian platform; MS Project, Excel, and Visio Drawing tools; Translating complex business requirements to various stakeholders; Status reporting for complex technical efforts; and Working with cross functional teams and resources. .
