Pay range: USD $102,000.00 - $160,000.00 / Year

This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and client experience within Workplace Services, using analytics to directly shape how millions of participants engage with their financial futures. As a Sr Analytics Consultant (individual contributor), you'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence product design, digital experiences, and service improvements across a growing and highly visible business. You'll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the voice of the client is embedded in decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex Workplace Services data into clear, actionable insights that inform product, digital, and service decisions
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a trusted analytics advisor, shaping priorities and measuring outcomes
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytic frameworks that provide visibility into participant experience and business performance
- Apply statistical analysis and analytical techniques (e.g., trend analysis, segmentation, hypothesis testing) to identify drivers, measure impact, and support data-driven decisions
- Promote data quality, consistency, and a client-centric mindset to drive continuous improvement and scalable growth
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience applying analytics in a business environment
- Demonstrated experience performing statistical analysis (e.g., trend analysis, segmentation, hypothesis testing, regression) to support data-driven business decisions
- Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for business partners, leaders, or cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar), with the ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders and influence decisions through data
- Proven attention to data quality, consistency, and analytical rigor when working with enterprise or client-facing data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Experience applying statistical methods in a business or consulting context (e.g., experimentation, impact measurement, segmentation, predictive analysis)
- Familiarity with Workplace Services, financial services, or other client-centric analytics environments
- Advanced proficiency in one or more analytics tools or languages (e.g., Python, R, advanced SQL, Power BI/Tableau)
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
