As a subject matter expert (SME), you will architect, design, and implement solutions at the forefront of the industry-enabling seamless integration of crypto and blockchain technologies with RIA-focused custody platforms. These solutions will be developed and delivered in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements, ensuring compliance, security, and trust for all stakeholders. Your work will transform financial services for RIAs and set new standards for digital asset adoption, security, and scalability. • Serve as the SME and technical expert in integrating digital assets into RIA-focused custody platforms
• Address complex technical challenges in multi-party interaction scenarios, architecting robust solutions that enable financial advisors to efficiently coordinate with a diverse ecosystem of partners
• Facilitate the seamless delivery of digital assets integrated within the existing ecosystem and user flows for investment management
• Help define strategy, architecture, design, and implement solutions that enable the use of digital assets, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with peer architects, Enterprise Architects, and cross-functional teams, including those specializing in order management systems-to develop cohesive and forward-thinking architecture strategies
• Lead architecture strategy sessions and engage hands-on throughout the implementation process to tackle challenges and deliver high-impact solutions
• Stay current with industry trends in digital assets, blockchain, and financial technology, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and integrating solutions with major digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and stablecoin projects, for real-world financial applications
• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (Java or .NET)
• 5+ years of experience architecting scalable, highly available technical solutions; Web, UI/UX, microservices experience strongly preferred
• Experience architecting and building cloud-based or cloud-ready applications
• Proven experience architecting and integrating financial services applications with crypto and blockchain technologies
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing and implementing solutions that leverage digital assets for RIA or similar financial platforms
• Proven ability to support production operations and provide Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) expertise, including managing SLAs and SLOs to ensure system reliability and performance
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture management tools such as Application Portfolio Management
• Knowledge of both SQL (Oracle, Cloud SQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Demonstrated experience in developing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging its suite of services for scalable and efficient solutions
