Your ability to solve complex problems, adapt to changing priorities, and foster accountability will help teams deliver reliable, high-impact technology outcomes.

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, removes obstacles proactively, influences without authority, and inspires teams to perform at their best.

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track and communicate program health, key metrics, and delivery progress to leadership teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and executive audiences.
  • Facilitate alignment across business and technology organizations.
  • Influence decision-making through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
