What you'll do:
The Senior Manager, Field Enablement is an individual contributor position, reporting to the Director of Field Enablement. This person is accountable for preparing the field to proactively add value in relationship through Schwab's broad set of products and solutions by creating awareness, growing knowledge and improving capabilities to recognize and capitalize on needs and opportunities. Responsibilities include:
- Work with business partners and internal clients to design and deliver internal go-to-market communications and enablement strategies for new product rollouts or enhancements, and other major initiatives.
- With Sales leadership, evolve processes to ensure our Sales teams are maximizing every opportunity to serve clients with Schwab's products and solutions.
- Partner across the business to develop and deliver valuable tools and resources.
- Ensure all field teams understand and have confidence in our strategy and the role they play in contributing to advisor and company success.

The role is not available as fully remote. Must live within reasonable commuting distance from the following Charles Schwab campus locations:
- Westlake, TX
- Orlando, FL
What you have
Technical/Functional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience designing and executing a variety of communication or enablement strategies.
- Experience designing and delivery communications and/or enablement strategies.
- Proficiency in designing visually appealing materials, using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, infographic software, etc. Experience using Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Illustrator is preferred but not required.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
