Senior IT Project Manager- Advisor Services Portfolio

2 days ago Austin, TX

Pay range: USD $110,100.00 - $160,000.00 / Year

Your opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

Schwab Technology Services enables the future of how clients manage their money by providing innovative and reliable technology products and services as part of our ongoing commitment to democratize access to investing and financial planning. The team sits within a newly formed Portfolio & Project Management organization, which oversees portfolios across the company.

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to take ownership of a defined functional area and lead enterprise wide, cross functional strategic initiatives within our Advisor Services organization-a fast growing, innovative part of Schwab that supports independent advisors and the clients they serve.

As we continue our transition to a Scaled Agile (SAFe) model, this role offers a unique opportunity to blend traditional project management expertise with modern Agile practices while driving initiatives that truly matter. The ideal candidate will be confident, decisive, and drive clarity around how solutions are solved and leading without formal authority.
