Pay range: USD $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 / Year

The Senior Manager role leads a team of skilled Instructional Designers that are responsible for creating unique and measurable learning experiences, strategically aligned to organizational goals and objectives. This team develops new course curriculums, redesigns courses, and creates learning materials and resources that support both asynchronous and synchronous learning in adherence to audit procedures. This team supports all primary service and workflow solutions team new hires along with ongoing upskilling and development opportunities for existing employees. Success in the role is heavily dependent on fostering and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, creating consistent methods of input and feedback, and demonstrating strong communication skills as the business evolves. Keeping up with the changing landscape of the business, aggressive hiring goals, and will require agility, resilience, strategy, and strong leadership skills.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years of people management and solutions experience in an environment with significant transformation and business complexity
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to create, develop, manipulate, and share learning content using a variety of technology such as SharePoint, Articulate, Learning Management Systems, and /or Content Management Systems
- Expertise in learning analysis using the ADDIE framework to build training content and programs
- Demonstrated experience managing a dynamic portfolio of initiatives and project activities driving innovation and transformation opportunities.
- Expert at structuring and delegating work while motivating and driving team efficiency.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to lead effective working sessions across multiple teams and subject matter owners
- Excellent written communication skills, effectively communicating complex information in an effective manner
- Excellent judgment, decision-making, and analytical skills. Strong planning and execution skills.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills including identification and execution of key analyses, ability to synthesize and present compelling recommendations.
- Experience in building and managing highly effective teams, including hiring, talent development, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience influencing and managing cross functional work streams to complete projects
- Experience leading with courage, building trust with senior leaders, and driving decision making through a consensus- based approach
- Model authenticity and vulnerability - embrace transparency, candid feedback, and learning from mistakes
- A strong service ethic, coupled with an orientation to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement
- A focus on fostering connections by putting people first and creating trusting, meaningful relationships

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in the Financial Services industry preferred
- Familiar with communication platforms WebEx, MS Teams, SharePoint
- Ability to whiteboard ideas to create learning materials, develop script and videos, and facilitate Train-The-Trainer
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
